Money-Back Guarantee

We're confident you'll love SH SMM Panel. If you're not satisfied for any reason within your first 30 days, we'll refund your subscription fee. No questions asked.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a Pro or Enterprise subscription and are not satisfied with SH SMM Panel within 30 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund of your subscription fee. This applies to your first month only.

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@shsmmpanel.com with your request
  2. Include your account email and order number
  3. Tell us why you're not satisfied (optional, but helps us improve)
  4. We'll process your refund within 5 business days

2. Free Trial Refund Policy

The free 7-day trial is completely free. No credit card charge. No refund needed because nothing was charged.

When your trial ends, you can:

  • Continue on the Free plan (1 panel, 1,000 orders/month)
  • Subscribe to Pro ($49/month)
  • Cancel and your account will be deactivated

3. Mid-Cycle Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, your access continues until the end of that billing period. No refund is issued for the partial month.

Example: You subscribe to Pro on March 15. You cancel on March 20. You have access until March 31 (original billing date). No refund for the partial period.

4. Prorated Refunds

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, we'll prorate charges fairly:

  • Upgrade: Pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing period
  • Downgrade: You'll receive a credit for the remaining days at the lower plan price

Example: You're on Free plan. On day 15 of your month, you upgrade to Pro ($49). You pay $24.50 (15 days of Pro at prorated rate).

5. What's Not Refundable

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free plan: No charges, so no refunds
  • After 30 days: Only the first month is covered by money-back guarantee
  • Violation of terms: If your account is closed for violating our Terms of Service
  • Fraud or abuse: Accounts used for fraudulent purposes forfeit refund eligibility
  • Third-party panel charges: Orders placed through SMM panels (those charges go to the panels, not SH SMM Panel)

6. API Credits

API calls are included in your monthly plan and are not separately billable. If you refund your subscription, API calls are included in the refund (no additional API charges to refund).

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 1-2 business days for the credit to appear.

Refund timeline:

  • Day 1: You request refund
  • Day 1: We verify your account and eligibility
  • Day 2: We approve and process the refund
  • Day 3-10: Refund posts to your payment method
  • Day 11-12: Credit appears in your account (depending on your bank)

8. Annual Billing Refunds

When annual billing is available, the same 30-day money-back guarantee applies. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchasing annual subscription, the full amount is refunded.

After 30 days, annual subscriptions cannot be refunded, but you have access through your renewal date.

9. Disputing Charges

If you dispute a charge through your bank or credit card company (chargeback), we will:

  • Respond to the dispute with documentation
  • Suspend your account pending resolution
  • If the chargeback is upheld, your account is terminated

Please contact us first: If you have billing issues, email billing@shsmmpanel.com. We can often resolve issues without chargebacks.

10. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we'll notify you by email. You have 7 days to update your payment method. After 7 days, your subscription is paused (not cancelled). You can reactivate anytime by updating payment.

11. Refund Reason Examples

These are examples of refundable situations:

  • "I thought this was something different"
  • "I realized I don't need this right now"
  • "The feature I wanted isn't here"
  • "It's too expensive for my use case"
  • "I'm going in a different direction"
  • "I'm not satisfied with the product"

We don't need you to provide a detailed reason. Just let us know and we'll process the refund.

12. Contact for Refund Requests

Include:

  • Your account email address
  • Your order/invoice number (if available)
  • The date you purchased
  • Your refund reason (optional)

13. Special Cases

If you have an issue with our service: Even if you're past 30 days, contact us. We may be able to help or offer alternatives (like a pro-rata credit toward another plan).

If you were overcharged: We'll refund the excess amount immediately, even if past 30 days.

If the service is unavailable: We'll provide a pro-rata refund for downtime exceeding our SLA.
