Do I need to buy credits from you?

No. You connect your existing SMM panel account using its API URL and key. We deliver through your balance — we are not a panel, we are an organic delivery engine that sits on top of your panel. You keep full control of your funds.

What SMM panels does it work with?

Any panel with a standard SMM API endpoint works. Popular options include SMMKings, Peakerr, and similar providers. You add the API URL and key in Settings — we handle the rest.

How does multi-panel priority failover work?

You assign a priority number (1, 2, 3...) to each connected panel. When an order needs to be placed, we try Panel 1 first. If it's busy or fails, we automatically try Panel 2, then Panel 3. Zero lost orders, no manual switching.

Is organic delivery actually safer for monetized accounts?

We can't guarantee zero risk — no one can. What we can do is reduce it significantly. Gradual warmup, peak-hour clustering, realistic engagement ratios, and natural cooldown all make delivery indistinguishable from organic growth to platform algorithms.

Terms of Service — SH SMM Panel

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SH SMM Panel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SH SMM Panel for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SH SMM Panel
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Disclaimer

The materials on SH SMM Panel are provided on an 'as is' basis. SH SMM Panel makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall SH SMM Panel or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SH SMM Panel, even if SH SMM Panel or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on SH SMM Panel could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SH SMM Panel does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. SH SMM Panel may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

6. Materials on Website

The materials on SH SMM Panel's website are protected by copyright law and international treaties. You must not disclose your password to anyone. SH SMM Panel is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.

7. User Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify SH SMM Panel of any unauthorized uses of your account.

8. Restrictions

You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the materials on SH SMM Panel through any means other than the interface that SH SMM Panel provides, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with SH SMM Panel. You specifically agree not to:

Use automated tools to bulk download materials
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted portions of the website
Use the platform to engage in illegal activities
Harass, abuse, or harm others using the platform
Transmit malware or harmful code

9. Payment Terms

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes. Prices may change at any time. SH SMM Panel will notify you of price changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

10. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

11. API Usage

API access is provided under these restrictions:

You must not exceed rate limits specified for your plan
You must not use the API to circumvent the platform's core functionality
You must not share your API key with third parties
SH SMM Panel reserves the right to revoke API access for violations

12. Third-Party Services

SH SMM Panel integrates with third-party SMM panels via their APIs. You are responsible for complying with those panels' terms of service. SH SMM Panel is not responsible for third-party panel outages, rate changes, or policy violations.

13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use SH SMM Panel to:

Engage in illegal activities or violate any laws
Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or other platform ToS
Engage in fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
Create fake, spam, or misleading accounts
Engage in harassment, threats, or abuse
Violate anyone's intellectual property rights

14. Limitation of Liability

SH SMM Panel's total liability for damages arising from this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so this may not apply to you.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SH SMM Panel operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

SH SMM Panel reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. We will notify users of any material changes via email.
