The Team Problem
Your agency has grown. You have 3 people now: - You (owner): Strategic decisions, sales, client relationships - Operations manager: Day-to-day order management - Junior: Helps with bulk uploads and reporting
Problem: Everyone needs access to the same SH SMM Panel account, but you can't give everyone full admin access.
Solution: Role-based permissions.
Role Structure
**Admin:** - Full access - Can add/remove panels - Can create/edit pricing plans - Can see all reports - Can manage team members - Use: You, maybe trusted operation manager
Operator: - Place orders (bulk and single) - View order status - Track delivery - Cannot change panel settings - Cannot see financials - Use: Operations team, order fulfillment
Viewer: - View-only access - See order history and status - See reports - Cannot place orders - Use: Client reps, external stakeholders
Implementing the Team
In SH SMM Panel: 1. Settings → Team 2. Invite team member by email 3. Assign role (Admin/Operator/Viewer) 4. Confirm
Each person logs in with their own account and gets appropriate permissions.
Workflow Example
**Monday morning:** - Operations manager logs in - Sees clients' new orders (from weekend emails) - Bulk uploads via CSV - Sets delivery curves - Confirms orders
Tuesday: - Operations manager checks delivery progress - Sends report to you - If issue: escalates to you
Wednesday: - You (admin) review financials - Check panel balances - Adjust panel priorities if needed - Meet with operations manager about next steps
Everyone stays in their lane.
Preventing Mistakes
With proper roles: - Junior can't accidentally delete orders - Operations can't change critical settings - You get reports without micromanaging
Document the workflow once, then everyone knows their job.
